Passed by the Honorable State Commissioner for Persons With
Disabilities, one post of Jr.Asst. Out of 29 posts advertised
to be filled up vide this Department advertisement
Published in the Dharitri dt.19.07.2012 and The Samaj
dt.19.07.2012, is hereby reserved for PH (blind) belonging
To ST/SC Category. One post for Ex-Servicemen belonging
To ST/SC category will be kept reserved as per 80 point model
Roster communicated by GA. Department Resolution bearing
No.25384/Gen, dt.20.09.2005.
Applications are accordingly invited in the enclosed format
From Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Blind and Ex-
Servicemen (as per G.A.Deptt. Notification No.22586/GA,
dt.18.12.85) from ST/SC category only. The General
Conditions spelt out at Sl.No.3 of the said Advertisement that
the person should be of sound health, good physique & free
from organic defects or bodily infirmity shall not be applicable
for the candidates coming under PWD (Blind) category. The
application in sealed cover should reach the Director. Municipal
Administration & Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to Govt.
H&U.D.Department, Odisha Secretariat, Bhubaneswar, PIN-
751001 on or before 27.11.2012 by 5.00 P.M. through Regd.
Post/Speed Post/ Courier only.
All other conditions spelt out in the earlier advertisement
referred to above for SC/ST category remain unaltered.

THE APPLICATION
1. Xerox attested copy of HSC, +2 & other related certificates
With Mark Sheet.
2. Xerox attested copy of caste certificate issued by the
Competent Authority.
3. Xerox attested copy of resident certificate issued by the
Competent authority not below the rank of Tahasildar.
4. Xerox copy of the Certificate on PWD (Blind).
5. Two recent passport size photographs duly attested by a
Gazetted Officer & signed by the applicant on the obverse.
6. Two Conduct & Character Certificates issued by Gazetted
Officers.
7. Two self-addressed envelopes (24X10 cm.) with stamps
Affixed of Rs.25/- in each envelope.
8. Xerox attested copy of certificate in support of passing Odia
as a language at least up to Class-VII standard.
9. Documentary Evidence regarding period of service rendered
in the Armed Force.
