Job Description :

1) Name of the post : Deputy Director of census operation- 02 post
2) Pay scale : PB-3 Rs. 15,600- 39,100 + grade pay of Rs 6600/-
3) Classification :General central service, group 'A' Gazetted ministerial
4) Method of Recruitment : Deputation / Absorption

Eligibility Conditions :

(A) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department; or

(ii) With five year’s service in the grade rendered after appointment there to on a regular basis in posts in the pay band PB-3 Rs 15600-39100 grade pay Rs 5400 or equivalent in the parent cadre / department; and

(B) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience :

Essential:

i. Master’s degree from a recognized university in stastics / mathamatics / economics / commerse / anthropology / sociology.
ii. Five (5) years experience in tabulation / analysis / collection of statistical data.

Desirable :

Two year’s experience in administration / accounts matters / establishment matter.
