Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is an all India Entrance examination. GATE is organized and managed by the Indian Institute of Science and IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee under GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), and Government of India.

A good Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Score will help the students to get admitted in post-graduate programmes like M.E., M.Tech direct Ph.D. in Indian higher education institutes. Also financial assistance is provided to the students by MHRD and Government. The score is also used by Public sector units for employment. So a good Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering score can give a very good job.
