Job Description :

1) Name of the post : Joint director (training), 01 for Hqrs. Office of registrar general, India.
2) Pay scale : Pay scale pre- received Rs. 12000- 16500 Received PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade pay of Rs. 7600/-
3) Classification : General central service, group ‘A’ gazette, Non- Ministerial ,
4) Method of Recruitment : Deputation.

Eligibility Conditions :

Officer under the central government / state government / union territories.
(A) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre / department; or

(ii) with five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment there to on a regular basis in posts in the Pre-received scale of pay 10000-15200 ( Received PB- 3 Rs 15600- 39100 with Grade pay 6600 ) or equivalent in the parent cadre / department; or
(ii) with 10 years service in the grade rendered after appointment there to on a regular basis in posts in the Pre-received scale of pay 8000-13500 (received PB- 3 Rs 15600- 39100 with Grade pay 5400 ) or equivalent in the parent cadre / department; or

(B) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience :

Essential :

i. Master’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent .
ii. Ten years experience in designing and planning training policy and organisation / conducting of training programme.
